About Full Face Rejuvenation
As we age the harmonious and balanced appearance of youth can be lost. This has an impact on physical appearance but can also impact on self esteem and mood. Very often emotional attributes can be miscommunicated, and people can appear sad, angry, or tired even when they are not.
The Ageing Process.
There are 4 main degenerations of the facial anatomy that cause ageing lines and distracting folds that clients present complaining about.

- Facial skeleton remodelling (changes in the shape and density of your skull)
- Fat pad atrophy or redistribution (reduction and displacement of facial fat)
- Changes in muscle tone and thickness.
- Weakening and thinning of skin due to reduction of collagen production.
A combination of sophisticated dermal filler products placed by an experienced injector at different depths can help reverse this process by rejuvenating and replenishing your appearance but not making you look “done”. This is normally preformed over multiple appointments and reviews.

This area can appear sunken as we age and can masculinise a female face. There are a few products and techniques that can be used to treat this area. At Rejuvenate Anti-Ageing clinic we respect facial anatomy and are highly trained to avoid complications in this very technical area. Advanced training is required to perform temple treatments. Dr McNally is highly proficient in this treatment.

As we age the skeleton remodels and along with the repositioning and loss of fat this makes the mid face appear sunken and deficient. This also creates the nasolabial fold and other folds and shadows on the face. By using Dermal filler strategically both deep and superficially in the cheeks you get a more contoured full cheek bone and a general lifting of the lower face.

This is another technical area that involves advanced training to perform. The tear trough area nearly always needs to be treated in conjunction with cheek filler. We have a special product used only for tear troughs.

Lips and peri-oral rejuvenation
At Rejuvenate Anti-Ageing Clinic we carry a few carefully selected lip products. The lips are very vascular (lots of blood vessels) and great skill and care are required when injecting. This means the procedure can be uncomfortable, so Dr McNally offers a lip block (local anaesthetic injection) to make you more comfortable. We like to call this “perioral rejuvenation”. We look at the lips and surrounding area and often use dermal filler to reinforce the supporting structures of the mouth to enhance the shape of the mouth before directly injecting the lips. For lips we have soft hydrating products that are dynamic and move with the natural expressions and requirements of the mouth. We aim to restore shape and enhance natural features. At Rejuvenate Anti-Ageing clinic we do not preform exaggerated and unnatural lip enhancements.
